In business since 1996, Budget Phone provides low cost prepaid home phone service throughout 42 states. The continued success of home phone services has allowed Budget Phone to grow into one of the nation's largest prepaid home phone providers.
Budget Phone considers it our mission to provide all customers with the lowest cost prepaid home phone service, while still providing additions such as voicemail and caller ID. Our Lifeline & Link-Up programs offer free activation and free first month for customers in several states who meet government assistance requirements.
It's our goal to provide service as soon as it is needed, with more than 30 professionals available from 8am - 5pm (CST) Monday to Friday and 10am - 3pm (CST) Saturday to provide support to Budget Phone customers.
Note: New or existing residential customers who are moving and who place an order to move their service to a new
service address and have or add the Double Feature plan are eligible for “First Month Free” promotion.
